<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasining 59-moddasi.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saylangan kasaba uyushma qo\u2018mitasi orqali muassasaning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlantirish dasturlarini ishlab chiqilishida bevosita ishtirok etish imkoniyatiga ega bo\u2018lasiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kasaba uyushma tashkiloti hamda ish beruvchi o\u2018rtasida imzolanadigan \u201cJamoa shartnomasi\u201dga o\u2018z takliflaringizni berishingiz, imzolangan \u201cJamoa shartnomasi\u201d orqali qo\u2018shimcha imtiyoz va kafolatlar olish huquqidan foydalanishingiz mumkin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ish beruvchi va kasaba uyushma tashkiloti rahbari tomonidan har yili \u201cJamoa shartnomasi\u201dda nazarda tutilgan imtiyozlardan xodimlarning to\u2018liq foydalanishi bo\u2018yicha mehnat jamoasiga beradigan hisoboti bilan bevosita tanishib borasiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehnatingizga munosib haq olishingiz uchun barcha choralar ko\u2018riladi, ish haqingizning o\u2018z vaqtida to\u2018lab borilishi kasaba uyushma tashkilotining doimiy jamoatchilik nazoratida bo\u02bcladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehnat munosabatlariga oid barcha masalalar, ish beruvchi tomonidan mehnat qonunlariga rioya etilishi, mehnat ta\u02bctillarining o\u2018z vaqtida berilishi va boshqalar bo\u2018yicha kasaba uyushmalarining yuridik xizmati xodimlari sizga bepul maslahatlar beradi, zarur hollarda, sizning huquq va manfaatlaringizni davlat boshqaruvi organlarida bepul himoya qiladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kasaba uyushmasi siz uchun bexatar va qulay mehnat sharoitlari yaratib berilishiga, ish joyingizda salomatligingizga salbiy ta\u02bcsir ko\u2018rsatadigan zarurli omillar bo\u2018lmasligiga, jamoa shartnomasiga muvofiq maxsus kiyim-bosh, poyafzal, qonunchilikda belgilangan hollarda esa maxsus va parhez taomlar bilan ta\u02bcminlanishingizga doimiy ravishda harakat qiladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ish beruvchi mablag\u2018i hisobidan belgilangan muddatlarda tibbiy ko\u2018rikdan o\u2018tkazilishingiz masalasi kasaba uyushma qo\u2018mitasining doimiy nazoratida bo\u2018ladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baxtsiz hodisa va kasb kasalliklariga chalinishlardan ish beruvchi hisobidan majburiy sug\u2018urta qilinasiz, yetkazilgan zarar uchun tovon pullarini olishingiz kafolatlanadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kasaba uyushmasi muntazam ravishda kasbiy tayyorgarlikdan o\u2018tib borishingiz, o\u2018qitilishingiz hamda malaka oshirishingizga ko\u2018maklashib boradi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kasaba uyushmalari tizimidagi istalgan sanatoriyda belgilangan muddatda imtiyozli ravishda dam olishingiz va o\u2018z salomatligingizni tiklashingiz mumkin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farzandlaringizni bolalar yozgi oromgohlarida imtiyozli yoki bepul dam oldirish imkoniyatiga ega bo\u2018lasiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kasaba uyushmalari tizimidagi yoki ularga foydalanish uchun berilgan madaniy-ma\u02bcrifiy va sport muassasalarida madaniy, intellektual salohiyatingizni oshirish, jismoniy tarbiya va sport bilan shug\u2018ullanish imkoniyatiga ega bo\u2018lasiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sizga har yili turli yo\u2018nalishlarda tashkil etiladigan aksiya, ko\u2018rik-tanlov, musobaqa, oilaviy va jamoaviy spartakiadalarda qatnashish, teatr va konsertlarga imtiyozli chiptalarni olish imkoniyati mavjud bo\u2018ladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mamlakatning turli tarixiy shaharlariga, diqqatga sazovor maskanlariga imtiyozli narxlarda sayohatlarga borishingizga
